EvBase Technologies Ltd. (“EvBase”), is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients using the Find My Ranking (the “Find My Ranking App”) and any third party personal information provided by our clients (the “Third Parties”) in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act.

This Privacy Statement only covers the Find My Ranking App. The Find My Ranking App is available through EvBase’s website, www.findmyranking.com (the “Website”). Access and use of the Website, including the Find My Ranking App is covered by the Website’s Privacy Policy, and Privacy Code.

As an EvBase client using the Find My Ranking App, you are required to comply with the following terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement:

1. You acknowledge and consent to the use of personal information provided by you for use with the Find My Ranking App for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. If you are not prepared to consent to the use of your personal information by EvBase for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement then do not continue to use the Find My Ranking App. 2. EvBase only stores and uses personal and non-personal information of you and or Third Parties that you input into the Find My Ranking App. 3. EvBase may change this Privacy Statement at any time without notice to you. You should check this Privacy Statement frequently for changes by referencing the date this page was last updated. Your continued use of the Find My Ranking App after this date signifies your consent to any changes to this Privacy Statement. 4. EvBase will only use or disclose the personal information of you or Third Parties where necessary to fulfil the purposes identified at the time of collection. We will not use or disclose the personal information of you or Third Parties for any additional purpose unless we obtain consent to do so. 5. WE WILL NOT SELL OR RENT LISTS OF OUR CLIENTS OR THIRD PARTIES. 6. EvBase does not collect any personal information from you or Third Parties. 7. In using the Find My Ranking App, you must provide personal information of Third Parties to EvBase, such as the names, email addresses and vehicles details of your employees and the names, email addresses, license numbers and course history of your students. 8. You are responsible for collecting personal information from Third Parties and obtaining the consent of Third Parties for disclosure of their personal information to EvBase. Where such Third Parties have not reached the age of majority, you are required to obtain the consent of their parent or guardian. 9. If at any time in the future we intend to collect personal information from you or Third Parties, we will obtain your consent or Third Parties’ consent prior to the collection and use of that personal information. 10. We store and use personal information of Third Parties only for the purpose of enabling you to use the Find My Ranking App. 11. We store and use personal information of Third Parties for only as long as you maintain your license to use the Find My Ranking App. 12. EvBase uses cookies to store personal and non-personal information you input into the Find My Ranking App. No other personal information is stored. 13. Our database stores personal and non-personal information you input into the Find My Ranking App. 14. Our database also stores your IP address, which is not personally identifiable information. 15. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES EVBASE RENT OR SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION OF YOU OR THIRD PARTIES. 16. We may disclose the personal and non-personal information of you or Third Parties to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information and information of Third Parties that you have provided to EvBase will likely be among the assets transferred. Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Statement with respect to personal information stored by EvBase. If your personal information or personal information of Third Parties that you provided to EvBase will be used contrary to this Privacy Statement, then we will provide prior notice. 17. We may also need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process, enforce our policies or Terms of Use, respond to claims that specific content violates the rights of others, or to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. 18. Third Party Payee Collection and Use of Personal Information 19. We use a third party payee to process your payments for the license to use the Find My Ranking App. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our thirty party payee and you are responsible for reviewing the payee’s privacy practices. 20. We do not collect, store or use your credit card information or similar information. 21. The Find My Ranking App may contain links to third party websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This Privacy Statement applies solely to the Find My Ranking App and does not apply to any of the third party links located on the Find My Ranking App. 22. We take every precaution to protection the personal information of you and Third Parties. This information is protected both online and off-line. 23. We protect personal information and our clients’ and their employees’ and students’ right to privacy by: a) Only collecting personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. b) Ensuring appropriate security measures are in place. c) Ensuring appropriate confidentiality measures are in place for personal information when dealing with any third parties. d) Ensuring that personal information is kept up-to-date and current for the purposes in which it is being used. e) Honouring any user request for access to their personal information. 24. We further protect personal information by ensuring that: a) Login, sign-up, account information and admin pages are protected by SSL. b) Login and password information is encrypted in the database. c) Only initial account information, including login and password information, is sent by email. d) Contact information (e.g. email address or telephone number) is only shared with EvBase staff members. 25. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our account manager, technical support staff and developers) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can to do to ensure our users’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. 26. Upon a request of you or a Third Party, we will remove your or a Third Party’s personal information stored by EvBase from view as soon as reasonably possible, and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information in order to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our agreements, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. 27. You or a Third Party may request EvBase provide access to personal information stored by EvBase. All requests must be made in writing and addressed to EvBase. You or a Third Party will be required to provide some information for security reasons and to verify identity. A small administrative fee may apply, depending on the request. EvBase has the right to deny access to personal information. If EvBase ever denies a request for access to personal information, then we will explain why. 28. You or a Third Party may request EvBase correct, update or delete/deactivate your or a Third Party’s personally identifiable information by contacting us.
